Enjoying the Snowy days

Monday, March 1, 2021

This year we had a cold and snowy winter, which was unusual, especially in middle of Tennessee. In fact, I think the whole country had a rough winter. The recent massive snow storm brought the record low temperatures, ice and snow across the country - has left millions of Americans without power.

We got a good amount of snow over the weekend and had such a great time playing in it. We don't always get a lot of snow out here, so when it does come we make sure to enjoy it while it lasts.  Whether you’re wrapped in a blanket on your couch or out playing in the snow, there’s wintry inspiration all around us, and always something to share with our family.

Making memories with family is what life is all about.

This photo made my heart melt.  Love my boys and I am so grateful to be a part of their life adventures.

Snow Angel fun!

No matter what age you are,  a snow day can and should be magical for everyone.

Love/hate relationship with snow. Love how pretty it is but hate the cold of it. Our little one is definitely a lover he don't mind having cold cheeks and bum.

  1. I am so glad you're enjoying them! I personally cannot. I just don't like cold or snow - hahaha! My husband takes my son outside sometimes, but I just cannot join them!

  2. How fun! It snowed a bit in Texas and everyone was confused. I'm glad it's gone! I liked it for about an hour and then wanted the sun again.

  7. Woah, the scenery is so good! I hope to experience that someday, we're actually in a tropical country so we don't have snow.

  13. We love sledding. We also just love walking around in really deep snow and falling back into it like it's a big pillow.

Oh wow, Snow! Isn't it really fun to play with the snow! This is what I am excited about every winter but sometimes it's too cold to even go out. I am so glad to see the smile on their faces.
