Visit Times Square in New York City

Wednesday, December 20, 2017
Times Square is for me the main tourist spot in Manhattan.  No matter what time of day it is, it's always live and vibrant.  High rise buildings and bright lights will inspire you, but at the same time you will feel claustrophobic and rushed. Times Square is  swarming with people who come from all over the world to see this place.

There's plenty of shopping that can be done around here as well as several places to eat at with in the proximity. There were people dressed up in costume asking for money if you want to take a picture. I wasn't surprised since I saw this type of scamming on tv.  There's also a police presence in every corner around Times Square with weapons out. So I felt safe around Times Square.

This is the business center of Manhattan in a way. It's the link of all those stories you hear of the bright lights and  the noise of New York City.

You can't go to New York without visiting Times Square.

You'll experience a variety of different NYC walks plus glimpses into lives from all over the world.

There's no other Times Square and makes this experience a one of a kind.

You need to try New York hot dog 🌭 from the NYC street carts at least once!

  1. I haven't been to New York City is a long time and every year I tell myself that I'm going during the Christmas season to see all the lights. Maybe next year - fingers crossed!

  3. Perhaps one day we will visit New York City and see what all it has to offer. I have only flown through the airport. Not sure if summer or around Christmas time would be the best.
