My husband and I took a short vacation down in South Carolina last Easter weekend. Myrtle Beach was a good choice. We had a great time but unfortunately didn't have enough time to check everything out. We stayed at Best Western Plus Grand Strand this hotel is conveniently located. The ocean is across from the main building easy and safe to cross the road. We saved a small fortune by eating the free breakfast. We had a kitchenette and brought stuff for simple lunches. I love this beach, It is pretty clean for a public beach.
Myrtle Beach is a great place for a vacation. You just need to know where to go and where to stay. This beach stretches on for miles and miles of white sand beaches. On these white sands you'll find plenty of fun in the sun, from sailing and surfing to sunbathing and shell hunting. You can also fish, shop, or simply stroll along the Strand.
