For clear water and white sand, state of Florida Gulf Coast is the place to be. Florida is very much about its beautiful beaches. If you like beaches, like myself, you should love it there no matter which beach you think is the best. The last time we were on a Florida beach vacation, the weather was nice when we went to Clearwater Beach Pier 60. The beach is a natural area, not a controlled area like a swimming pool. If we do only have an entire weekend, it is so easily to just simply walking on the beach, prowling the island, and letting your curiosity go wild admiring the flora, and historic structures found all over the islands. Clearwater Beach's well-deserved reputation as one of America's finest beaches. Spread along a narrow, 3-mile stretch of the Pinellas Peninsula on the Gulf Coast, Clearwater Beach includes the blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico to the west, and tranquil Tampa Bay to the east. This location between the 2 waters, offer visitors ample activities like sunbathing on white sandy beaches, diving into a game of beach volleyball, renting fishing boats, taking a dolphin-watching cruise, parasailing or heading to a mainland museum or aquarium.
