The Mandalay Bay Hotel and Resort

Sunday, October 28, 2012
This is our second time at the Sin City, and we stay at The Mandalay Bay hotel an oceanic island paradise set in the desert of Las Vegas. We had a wonderful time in this hotel.  Our room is the perfect blend of comfort and style that give us a guarantee “Strip View”.  Their pool area was fabulous. The lazy river called the Tropical River is perfect for relaxing the day away while floating on your inner tube. We spend most of our time here, they have wave pool, waterfalls, fountains and a sandy beach. Over the entire atmosphere at the pool made you feel like you are at the beach.

The hotel restaurants are reasonably priced except of course the ones with expensive unpronounceable names. On our first day we ate at the "House of Blues" located in the hotel that offers music along dinner makes our dining experience more fun. We tried the buffet too and enjoyed a variety of good food. Where you can pay one price and essentially eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. We are not a gambler couple, basically we just came here to just relax and have a good time. On our last day we watch The Lion King Musical and that was awesome, it reminds me of my childhood days :) I'm sharing some of our good time photos while we were at the resort.

Address: 3950 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89119; Phone number(702) 632-7777.

Having fun at the lazy river
