Jeep Ride from New York  to Tennessee

February 2012 we took a road trip from New York all the way to the South. So far that was the longest drive we ever try. It was fun though, seeing those different scenery each border state is fascinating. No dull moment for us, although eventually I can feel this butt cramps (excuse me lol). We change our route from Buffalo to Oak Ridge. We once told that the road view in Virginia is way more interesting than the other way which is Ohio. So we take their advice. While were on our way to Pittsburgh we get stock to traffic  for like few minutes due to bad weather. Besides from that our trip came out smoothly and full of good memories. We are once told that the trees are more gorgeous when the leaves are full grown. Which we have to wait till spring time, as for me the parks, lakes, the small city and the people are proof enough that this place is truly a good place to live in. I can see myself living here for years and yet still gloriously amaze on the environment. Can't compare at all I really hope that me and my husband would not have a hard time in a big transition of living here. We are positive that God will provide all we need to make this life worth living.

The Oak Ridge Story:  The city of Oak Ridge, where the uranium for this first bomb was made, is called “The Secret City.” Oak Ridge is home to United States Department of Energy facilities - a national laboratory and a national security complex - and high tech/high wage employers. It is also home to a regional medical center. Oak Ridge is one of the most influential cities in the United States.  Oak Ridge is blessed with limitless amenities that make day-to-day living a pleasure.  Safe neighborhoods, award-winning schools, top-notch health care and a traditional sense of community, make Oak Ridge the perfect environment to nurture a family or to nest for retirement.

We sure love ours and had taken our Jeep on a rough ride to the Sand Dunes Preserve and somewhere else in Colorado. How awesome! Anyway, I am from Kansas. A small town called Chetopa. Good to hear from you. I am saving your blog on my blogroll by the way.

  2. Great photos! Long drive is always good, if you don't have 3 little kids and 3 older kids, yes dear, we have 6 children that if we take a trip, they drive us nuts. Enjoy your days while you can :)
